Great food, good prices, and some pretty awesome service. The manager in the evening is pretty great...she always makes things right, even moreso for the customer, if there's an error. Our waitresses the last 2 times went above and beyond the customer service of today's culture. I love going here!!

The people there are not very nice. Heard a few waitresses & the manager complain the entire time we were there. Was greeted by our waitress yelling at the person who was seating us to move me & my friend because she was too busy... Half of the restaurant was empty. The food was good & the price was okay. I think that was my first & last time going to O'Charleys.

I work at a place that has the highest customer service in the entire southeast and almost the nation. This was is horrible. The attitudes from the waitress', all the hard breathing, slamming things down on our table, the quantity of food that we got. The list just goes on and on. The yelling across the the place and complaining across the place. Horrible. I'll never be back here.

Great food very sweet waitress. Enjoy every minute of it had 2 of my 9 grandkids with my husband and me. Must say I really enjoyed it..Just what I needed made my day...

I love this place! We went here for lunch and we had a good time. We colored for a few minutes and then we were served Cotton Candy Fizz! (Sierra Mist with Cotton Candy on top.) It was good! The chicken tenders were good! The french fries were nicely seasoned and also good. The rolls were good and was like when you first bite in there's a whole pile of tasty air going into your mouth. Everybody was so nice and we will be returning very soon!
